can anyone explain why neji would win

Besides the fact he's always won? How about his ultimate defense? Or the fact Byakugan can tell what a person is going to do so he can counter Lee's speed. Or the fact Lee himself has admitted to not being able to charge straight in because of tunnel vision while he's moving at his full speed so he'll do that whole run around thing he did against Gaara. Or the fact Neji can take more hits from Lee than Lee can take from Neji. All Lee really has is his speed going for him. Neji has everything else. Being faster doesn't mean Lee can win.

Neji would win, the only chance Lee has is if he opens up his gates, but Neji probably would defeat him before he could, and even if he did, that still might not beable to get through Neji's Kaiten. Neji is alot smarter and much more skilled, if Lee gets hit even once it could be over.

actually kakashi is the one who got tunnel vision and thats only when he does the chidori.

The same reason Chidori is pointless for anybody who doesn't have sharingan.

Neji was also in the explosion, had his guard down, and was hit by Kyuubi Naruto.

neji should have been able to see him underground because if sasuke could see chakra underground he can. so its only his fault.

and sasuke was hit by kyubbi naruto countless times and still got up why couldnt neji

Neji thought the fight was over and let his guard down. Sasuke was trying to kill Naruto so he was ready every time he got hit.

he wouldnt have an answer to that. all people will say is the rotation but i think lee is fast enough to stop neji from even starting that move or he could just wait till he is finished spinning and beat his ass

Its not like Neji will do kaiten before Lee hits so how will he wait? And it doesn't need to complete to block. If Neji's kaiten has become like his Uncles also Lee couldn't even get close cause his area was huge.

Neji won't do it if Lee isn't attacking so he's not going to be able to wait. And Lee's not fast enough to hit Neji before it starts. It doesn't have to be fully out to stop something. Neji's the better h2h fighter, more speed doesn't always mean a win, and Neji will know what Lee's going to do anyway with his insight and Lee's fighting being predictable.

lee's fighting was only seen predictable to kimmimaro and he is a master when it comes to taijutsu he is in a way diffrent league to both neji and lee.

Just because Kimimaro is more powerful doesn't mean he's a better fighter than Neji. Plus Byakugan's insight helps out Neji in this fight a lot. Lee's also got to get past Kaiten which isn't going to be easy. And even if he does it's going to take a lot more hits to put Neji down while Neji only needs one good hit which he can get by stoppind Lee with Kaiten and hitting him while he's down.

if weights of lee cant beat neji im sure the hidden lotus can beat him neji cant take the same amount of hits from it garra can and only reason garra can take so much hits is because of that sand armor

What are you talking about?

Lee's dependent on dealing blunt damage. Doing that to someone like Kimimaro is near impossible. If Neji gets to strike Kimimaro in the head once, it should be over.

not really because if kidomaru's shell can stop neji's jyukken im pretty sure kimmimaro's extra hard bone layer would stop him.

Oh really? He doesn't use chakra as an extension? It's odd to think that he's able to completely wreck someone's internal organs, but you don't think it would work on someone's brain?

Neji is a much better hand to hand fighter and can kill lee with one touch. He also has the byakugan and kaiten which will help to defend against all lee's attacks so lee will be lucky to even get a blow in. Neji wins every single time.

Neji kills Lee.

The chakra armor protected Kidomaru, Kimmimaro's bones are infused with chakra as well, so I doubt Neji could one shot him.

Gaara's a wimp when it comes to taking hits. Neji never developed Kaiten until the Chunnin exams. That means even without it he's been beating Lee without gates and he's actually been hit since it's not an auto-shield. Neji also can take a stab to the shoulder without screaming like a baby. And his wound was much worse. Gaara had never been hurt really before Lee. So saying Neji and Gaara can take the same amount of hits is a bit off when one can take more pain than the other.

i dont think garra was screaming from the pain it was more of the cream that he has seen his own blood

I'm going to ignore everyone elses posts because I know I'm right.

Rock Lee w/o weights is not faster than Neji is. If Rock Lee could beat Neji w/o weights than he wouldn't have had to train with the gates. He stated himself that the gates was a move he learned specifically so that he could defeat Neji.

That being said, Rock Lee's only chance, by his own admission, is to use the gates. Neji simply kills him before he can activate them.

None of which would really matter if Lee could tag him before he could any of these abilities. The fact that Neji can use these abilities before Rock Lee can hit him means that his attack speed, at the least, is inferior to Neji's.

AND, his enhanced perception makes him able to predict Lee's moves, Sasuke is not faster than Kyuubi Naruto, but he can still dodge him cause of t3h perception haxx.

And...If Neji has to be faster than Lee cause he can block Lee's attacks...Why is it that you called Zabuza really slow when he could block Kakashi's attacks, Kakashi who is very fast?

I think Kakashi said it has better "insight" not perception.

Lee's punches are affected. For one, Lee's whole fighting style seems to be based around using running momentum and blinding speed to hit the opponent with more force.

A flashback of noob Lee who had not even received any of the haxx training from Gai yet, so that is irrelevant. And as for blocking Neji's strikes...Hinata tried that, she was unable to use her arms. Blocking a Jyuken user's hits is near impossible, since they can hurt you pretty much no matter where they aim for, there are chakra points in every part of the body.

2. The entire reason Sharingan allows the haxx "precog" is because of its ability to see Chakra, and the fact that it can see every detail. Byakugan can do that to a higher extent.

3. So we ignore the fact that when that happened Zabuza was weakened? Excellent. When Kakashi first used his Sharingan, Zabuza pwned him in the ass and was about to kill Naruto and his two ass pals(Sakura has a dick), but then Naruto being the motherfvcker he is came up with a random plan at just the right time to free Zabuza. Tricks like fog? Lol, wtf do you call the Sharingan? Kakashi wouldn't be near as strong as he is without it, like anyone else who has one. Mist Jutsu is an advantage Zabuza can use in battle, why not use it? And it was the perfect counter to the Sharingan, as shown, until Kakashi used his dog haxx.
