Death Wings VS Silver Surfer

Silver Surfer is looking for planets to feed for Galactus,
when suddenly out of a huge black hole nearby, a flock of Death Wings come circling around him ready to attack.

Can SS survive?

What/Who are the Death Wings?

This is current SS with the upgrades BTW

I don't know how hungry Big G was in those scans, but he was trying to eat that black sun so that means he must have been extremely hungry. Even then if those things managed to give Big G trouble--since I can't see enough of the third scan I am betting SS would get pawned. However if anyone has more knowledge on these things I would welcome it.
