Annihilus has taken down some pretty big names.

Do these two together have a chance?

Does he get the control rod and the quantum bands?

Unless Annihilus has nothing, he takes it easily.

Q Bands probably aren't standard equipment. That was for one brief arc.

The rod would be standard, however.

No Quantam bands.

Im giving it to the team. Iron Man can produce some pretty hefty firepower. And the CC has been taken from Annihilus enough times that Im not confident he could hold it here.

Nova killed Annihilus b/c he was drained from surviving Galactus, as it took the bands and his own power to keep him alive.

Although this is very close.

Annihilus 5.5/10

Iron Man is wiped out in the first 3 seconds though.

With just the quantum bands Annihilus takes it 10/10

Annihilus was a jobber until just a few years ago. He shouldnt go from slugging it out with the Thing to taking out cosmic characters. I was under the impression he'd only have his control rod here.
