This is Robert De Niro's Max Cady in Cape Fear. Both Cape Fear and Silence Of the Lambs came out around the same time. Cady and Lector were truly evil(Lector maybe a little more).

Both come head to head in a parking lot, or a vacated area for the first time. Cady as we have seen, is ONE STRONG MUTHA...the man got whipped with two pipes and a bicycle chain, and still kicked a$$. Lector's best weapon is his intellect thought he has shown he can whips some a$$ as well and after "having some dinner"

So who takes this?
