Team 1 most likely, Spectre can be koed.

I would go for team 2, as Spectre striped Mxyzptlk from his power. However, since ABC logic apparently is faulty, I have to go with Abraxas, as his mere presence did more than the side effects of Cap. M's and Spectre's battle.

Spectre DOV would be hardpressed to deal with team one. And lets face it, he's the real powerbroker on his team.

He was still immensely powerful, but were he even to destroy Galactus(which is debatable in this form) he's got the concept of Abraxas to deal with.
And seeing what had to be done to take care of abraxas, DOV Spectre wasn't at his Swamp thing levels.

Nabu isn't taking on Galactus OR Abraxas as a peer on any level, going by his appearances.
