Sadly we didn't see much of Lobster when he was alive, so it's very hard to guage where he was at skill wise. His magical items (his lobster claw symbol) wouldn't work on Fury, and we have no idea how skilled Lobster is H2H.

Just from what we have seen I would say Nick would win if Lobster was still "alive"

He plans to, and LJ was originally going to be in Hellboy 2 but now looks like he will be in HB3 3 (played by Bruce Campbell)
