big time man DS, Yuga, thanos, ares, thor and fate have insane power not to mention the first 4 are all brilliant tacticians and the first 5 are gods, shazam would take fate down, psi lord and hyperstorm stalemated each other so they would be able to go toe to toe with onslaught, thor owns Dormammu which leaves ares and Ds, vs. thanos and yuga, neither side is going to beat the other.

on second thought thanos would probably lose to ares so i give it to team 2
