Alot of SW fans complain about how many times GL brings out SW. Well think about Bond fans who get a new wave of bond dvds every year .

You mean the Blu Ray releases? That's not so much a re-release as it is a release to a new format. There have only been two editions of the Bond movies to DVD in my recollection.

And people give George Lucas a hard time because he re-releases the same discs over and over again. The first box set was cool. Then the next one came out that was the same DVDs but without the bonus disc. Then the Limited Edition DVDs came out individually that had that same disc plus the original versions of the movies. And now two box sets are released, packaging the same DVDs that are already available into two trilogy sets.

Star Wars OT came to DVD in 2004. It's 2008 now and we're looking at the fourth release of the SAME DISC. Not a new DVD with added features and commentaries, but the SAME DISC.
