I don't think Gladiator be shatter by mentioning Thanos name, they have never fought in the comic yet I believe...

I still say Gladiator win this match up 8/10 .

If he thinks Booster Gold is Thanos he will be that much stronger and will give it 100%

Nope, Gladiator ain't a puss like that, although some PIS has been used to deflate his confidence before, he has fought several close/losing battles without wincing in the strength department.
