So Al Simmons was arguably one of the best soldiers in Image before he became Spawn. Punisher's rep is well known. Who wins, Frank vs Al, with both getting as much equipment as they can hold.

Frank kills AL, AL goes to Hell, AL returns as a Hellspawn and seeks revenge on Frank, Frank gets slaughtered. THE END.
