So she's metal? Static fighting at full potential easily beats her if she's metal.

I'd have to go with a split.
Static controls Electricity and magnetism. That won't be any good for bombshell. On the other hand, She's hella strong and durable and her blast are pretty good. High meta for sure. Glad DC is getting some Meta class Characters. All the Herald levelers and Street levelers gets boring after a while.
