Batman vs Punisher prep war

Punisher gets help from Stu Clark and help from the 'old guy' from the shadowmasters (power of precogniton and postcognition).

The Battle takes place in....Minnesota. Who wins?

imo Frank is not in Batman's league

now if Bats underestimates Frank, then he may lose

but Bats should win, although Frank will put up a tough match

Frank would be a challenge but he cant beat the Bat.

That onvoles prep as well. Frank is just as shrewd as Batman but he can't build and exoskleteon. He also has help and somebody who has psychic powers. I think he could possibly win this if he has the right tools.

Not really because he has somebody who has pre-cog and post-cog on his side. Even if it wasn't for that hes outsmarted Cap before and shot him, something that Red Skull took ages to do. Dr Doom couldn't find Pun when he was trying to kill him until he wanted to be found.

If they are in Minnesotta Punisher is screwed.

I like the punisher better then batman but he cant compete with his resources.

punisher isn't alone in this thread, looks like a lot of people are overlooking that. sure batman is better in prep against frank but consider the other characters for the thread's sake.
