I think they use the word "plan" to liberally. I was kind of surprised that this story received as much coverage as it did when it broke. It is, however, election time so i accepted it but i still see this being referenced in the news. Their plan was as much of a plan as the sarcastic and crude jokes we sometimes make to our friends. The only difference here is that these two knuckleheads actually wanted to act on their twisted fantasies. It's definitely a good thing that they have been apprehended but if anyone believes that their mass murder spree and assassination fantasies were in any way possible they are fooling themselves. It is time for news stations to let this go. They blew it way out of proportion and are still doing so.

Saw a movie called "the true believer" (super good)

there is a scene where a group of neo-nazis are debating with holocaust survivors, and one goes on like "the holocaust was a jewish plan for sympathy"

My point had nothing to do with race, nor was i trying to defend the alleged ambitions of the suspects. The amount of national coverage that this story received, in my opinion, however, was in large part due to Obama's skin color.
