To name a few:

-The Dollars Trilogy ("Fistful of Dollars", "For a Few Dollars More", and "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly"wink
-Legend of the Drunken Master
-Hot Shots! Part Deux
-Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure
-Rocky series
-The Dark Knight
-The Forbiden Kingdom--

On the last one, I'll admit that I didn't view The Forbidden Kingdom as something particularly groundbreaking to its genre or cinema in general, I just had fun with it at most parts (and I love the fact that Jackie Chan is all Drunken Master again), as a fan of the genre. I liked the plot twists which made it a bit less paint-by-numbers, even though most of them were at or near the end. This thread reminded me that I had watched it like, four times. Oh, and I thought the two female leads (Liu Yifei, and Li Bingbing) were cute.
