They both seem beyond Multiversal to me. What puts one over the other?

joker's only limit was his mind AM had other limits, DS was able to blast him with the omega beams and do damage. With the power joker had he couldn't be hurt, mind games defeated him.

myx and mites power combined is the equivalent to the ALE isn't it?
