The fight takes place at Utapau, where Grievous fought Obi Wan.

I'd call grievous, unless Czycz gets his 'force field' (usage? powered by? Wookieepedia was kinda vague...) in which case I think he has to take it.

His force field only blocked saber attacks, but Grievous still has his super speed and super strength.
