I've never seen any evidence showing that Sasuke is an amazing swordsman. What has he done with is? The only thing I know is that he was going to stab Naruto with it, but Sai went badass and stopped that emo bastard.

He was blocking it for the most part. But he was injured and the style was sparatic. Hard to guard against 7 swords coming at your at the same time. And Sasuke was blocking them until the little sword drop move. It happen while Sasuke didnt have his sharingan on. Then activated it when he tossed the swords up and got cut. Sasuke has some impressive sword skills and amazing speed to match

From what I can see he wasn't blocking the 7 swords almost at all so much as just quickly back peddling. He was doing okay against Zabuza's sword though.

I'm sorry you like Sasuke, but Shishio is the new Battosai, the best swordsmen in the land. I believe Shishio is the better swordsmen, because it is the only way that he fights, whereas Sasuke uses a sword (rarely), taijutsu, genjutsu, and ninjutsu. Sasuke has had a sword for 3 years. Shishio has been a swordsmen since he was a child and his loved ones were killed in front of him.
If this was a fight with all of their abilities, then Sasuke would win obviously, but it's not. It's a swordfight, between a manslayer, and a noob.
Actually. In the manga. With the way events acttually happened. its highly being pointed to that the fight with Kirabi happened a few days after the itachi fight. So basically a few days to week. Sasuke endured something that normally kills shinobi and put an elite shinobi who is more developed in the hospital for 2 weeks. Then on top of that litterally having part of his being being ripped out of him. Curse seal which was integrated in his body for 3 years. Orochimaru. Then all the small time attacks. Damaged from Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi. Then getting damaged by Kirin.
Sasuke didnt have his super healing abilities. Even Sasuke and Juggo stated that Sasuke was still injured from his fight with Itachi. And seeing how much time has actually passed. No more than week and few days has passed since the Itachi fight.
But now. Sasuke has ALways been a weapons expert since he was young. Following in his brothers footsteps. So in weapons overall Sasuke is highly capable and skilled. Sasuke skill with a sword is pretty up there. And the fact that Sasuke is considerbly faster than Shishio. This is more than a fight.
Superior skill going against someone who skill is very close to theirs with a sword and much faster.

As you can see by the sound effects. Sasuke was parrying and block all those sword strikes and was not simply back pedaling. And kept good control of his sword. Thing is. Kirabi style was just too unpredictable and Sasuke was still hurt. And couldnt keep up. That plus Sasuke was treating his sharingan like a 4 year old treats a lightswitch.

Utterly vague and utterly pointless. Sawsgay never used a sword in any of his time training in Konoha. He is featless. And you're double wrong, because there is no proof he is a "weapons expert" at all, in terms of feats or anything. [b]Training with a weapon doesn't make you an expert.
