Besides, Thor hits really hard... really, really hard. It makes up for his lack of strength at this level. And Thor also started his fight off with Mangog with a cheapshot, and ended it with an anti-force blast to the gullet... so I see no relevance to Despero with that one.

Is this Classic Mangog?If it is Classic Mangog would rape Despero every day of the week. Classic Mangog defeated Odin, and pretty much manhandle all of Asgard, even punk Loki like he was child.

I never saw the difference in classic and present day Mangog, if he was much more powerful 30 yrs ago in comics lets go with classic Mangog vs Despero with the flame of Pytar.

there was a difference, mangog from old was a threat to odin, he even posed as him for a while. "current" mangog is just below thanos imo. ............but maybe that's because thanos ascended to a level closer to odin......?
