If the third hokage were 10 years younger would he be able to take on the 1st and 2nd hokages like he said he could?

Let's go with "prime Sarotobi" and not 10 years younger. Sarotobi was old...

I don't know how old he was, but I'm guessing 60-80.

I think he hit is prime a little before or during the time he busted Oro doing those experiments.

From what I hear, Shodaime and Sarutobi were about equal when both were at their primes.
