Superman/Orion/Wonder woman vs 5 mid heralds

The mid heralds consist of:

Terrax
Firestorm
Magneto (with forcefield up)
Nova (current)
Black bolt

Orion doesnt have the mother box. Could the trio pull off a majority.

I'm no proctologist, but doesn't that make Orion powerless?
