High Evolutionary's team vs DC Earth/Universe

High Evolutionary has been having Magneto helping him lately. Lets say those two enlist the help of Dr. Doom, whos been working with Loki and Namor lately. They all find a way into DC. They have 1 month to investigate DC then a year to prep for it. They have all the resources available to them. Then they invade.
If they take out DC earth, then lets make it the entire DC universe.

They should've asked for Kang, they are defeated.

I'd actually consider giving it to the team. High Evo has stood up to Galactus. All of them either already have or are capable of raising their own armies. And Doom + Evolutionary with a month of study time and a year of prep are pretty dangerous.
