I'm no psychiatrist, but I think that the closeness in the times Broly was forced to listen to Kakarot's never-ending crying and the fact that he and his dad were stabbed and left to die may have sumthin to do with it...

His mind was shattered back when he was a baby. I think Broly's main goal was just to end everything including himself, especially when you think about the legend of the legendary SSJ before him.

Yeah, the original LSSJ self destructed hundreds of years before the story.

goku annoyed the hell out of broly at birth and was left to die with his dad by the other saiyans. its no wonder why he's crazy.

Because Dragonball sucked and had no plot, that is why Broly is evil. How would Broly know Goku was the person who cried all the time near him when he was a baby or even remember that anyway? Most japanese crap is pretty stupid if you think about it

Well to be fair, the movies are not canon to the original storyline, and they have a lot more plot holes than the manga does

its prettyy simple, the LSSJ is abnormally aggressive even for a saiyan, he was foced to liste to Gokus cream day after day as a chuld and was stabbed and left to die with his father, oh then a planet blew up in his face...nice first few days after being born huh...

Well I belive that its his roll as a caracter in dbz...but it could be because he has to much power and like freeza cell and buu and the evil dragons..power sum just cant handle it!

Then by that logic, Goku should've became some evil maniac when he first transformed to Super Saiyan.

he nearly did, King Kai got scare, he said that goku wouldnt listen to him and was actign on instict, just like a true super siayn, he just managed to keep his heart pure

In the Saiyan delivery room where he rests afterward, Broly is mad by the constant disruptions of his crybaby neighbor, Kakarot (Goku) this is why he hates Goku. Broly had a power level of 10,000 by birth and Kakarot (Goku) had a power level of 2

King Vegeta fears the threat the boy has to his empire, and so he gives the order for the infant's death. Broly's father, Paragus, begs the king to spare the child's life, saying that his son could be a great help to King Vegeta and his prince. King Vegeta is quick to tell that while this is true, the same is true that Broly could use his ever increasing strength to overthrow the royal family. King Vegeta ends the argument by sentencing Paragus and broly to death for his disallegiance, shooting him with an energy wave. This is why he hates the royal family

goku n him where born on the same day n corrupted him with his crying so in a way u can blame goku's crying but in his base form hes very calm n probably not evil
