Actually Chimera is the cheapest character ever. NemesisKid was defeated on multiple occasions so clearly his power has flaws or limitations.

the one that can do something like this:

"Chimera can generate dragon-shaped flares of ectoplasmic energy to strike her enemies on various planes of being (i.e. physical, astral, etc.)."

not much info but imo not as cheap as willing the ability to beat a guy, not so much defensively but offensively.

After that he developed humanity so he could be in love again. The guy only existed for 4 issues but he's essentially invincible.
