yes and yes. her spells easily bypassed his armor and she ko'd him pretty easily. likely would be the case here unless he's got some magical shielding.

Well, nowadays Tony uses zero point energy shielding that even Dr. Doom's magic can't seem to penerate.

Not that I do not believe you, or think that it is possible, but I would like to see scans of that personally.

Spiral.

She doesn't just have magic but also powers over time and dimensions, she can probably use her magic and send it back it time so it hits Tony before his shields are up. Also she is good with technology so she may find a way through Tony's shield (for example teleporting a part of his armor away).

She doesn't has the best durability ever so she'd have to keep moving all the time. Maybe Tony could get a few wins because of it.
