Simple bio:
Superman was created in 1938 by Joe Shuster and Jerry Siegel. Superman is sent to earth when he was a toddler from the planet Krypton. He has many powers such Super Strength, Heat vision, Super Speed etc.

Here Superman shows he can also draw geothermal energy to power himself after spending time miles below the Earth's crust.

It's also a good durability feat as Khyber's nanites had torn his blood vessels from the inside and magma had lined his blood vessels and tissue.
