who knows, kabuto is very mysterious and his fighting ability is unknown. (he never actually had to fight anyone 1 on 1)
he's supposed to be kakashi level, most likely in the skill department more so than the power since he is after all a medical ninja, though his ability to cut tendons and flesh can disable almost anyone without medical skills.
but in neji's case, he can (as of his more recent fights) expel chackra from his palm almost like a haduken. not sure if it shares the same properties of a gentle fist strike but it did push back his opponent pretty hard. and neji is pretty much unbeatable in hand to hand combat unless his opponent can outfight him using superior speed (ala rock lee's technique) or some form of trickery. (naruto's bs victory)
kabuto integrated with orochimaru's flesh didn't give kabuto any feats yet so most likely it gives him enhanced recuperative power's, the impure world jutsu that allows oro to meld and travel through organic substances, and maybe some snake control/transformation.
imo, neji wins for now.

I think at this point is pretty much clear than Kabuto migth equal Kakashi in terms of overall Jounin skills, not in the actual figthing department. I seem to recall him also claiming somewhere that Tai wasent a natural strength of his.
That being said, Jounin Neji hasent showed much so far. Altho he is cleary the more combar oriented nin of the two.

Kabuto, Neji's moves, and style are ineffective on Kabuto.
olympian
Im going with that, until the new Neji shows more of what he can do, other than two single instances of the same figth in the whole post timeskip.

Anyways Neji wins. Naruto without using kyuubi was able to hold him while a clone made the rasengan, and Kabuto admits that taijutsu isn't his strong suit. He won't be able to heal when all of his chakra is sealed off.

Kabuto has already shown his ability to heal rasengan, even though it did take him down, he was still able to heal himself and take less damage, why not heal any of Neji's attacks. It has also already shown that Kabuto can heal chakra points.

You do realize that Kabuto could have hit Naruto earlier than he did, and get Naruto off of him, but he didn't because we had to see that Naruto was able to do rasengan. Kabuto will put Neji to sleep and strike at his heart. Neji's style won't work against him.

Neji wins. Taijutsu master vs someone who isnt really good at taijutsu.

Eh, if it was only that, id also give the win to Neji.
Its the other abilities that Kabuto got that makes me think hes overall better.
dadudemon
Neji will win because it's not in Kabuto's destiny to win.

....
Destiny must have been sleeping when he faced Tsuname the first time, then

Tsuname had better be your way of joking about Tsunade's uselessness.

since the byakugan provides neji the means to see 360 degrees and to spot the real ninja out of a bunch of normal bunshins, the second kabuto goes to hit neji with a chackra scalpel he's going to get parried then chackra sealed. and then maybe beat to death.
shadow clones can provide better cover for kabuto, but most ninja can't perform more than 3-4 shadow clones due to chackra limits, neji's kaiten can get rid of all of them leaving a weakened kabuto defensless.

It's actually closer to 2 or 3 shadow clones. And most ninja can't do Shadow clones because it is a forbiddin technique.

neji..he can sealed off kabuto chakra..he has better taijutsu..better defance..better technique..better looking..he's just better..

i think neji wud win
Dark-Jaxx
Neji wins because although Kabuto is supposed to be a 1337 Jounin, he has shown no such strength, his only real "feat" is mantaining an upperhand on Tsunade using her fear of blood...And Tsunade sucks ass, so who cares?
