This is actually a good match...and a very tuff one...instinct tells me to go with Starfox

Eh, It really depends on which one. I just remembered that the one during Animla Man had a multiversal effect on reality. The Medusa Mask is one powerful artifact.

imo, PP's control over emotions and the like > Starfox's. However, if PP didn't gain control of this battle fast enough, Starfox could simply pull a 'Black Adam' [or something along those lines] ftw.

Yeah, he also can drain emotions. Vampire drain. I'd give the win to Psycho Pirate. Plus he's a lot cooler, IMO.
