Nightwing is a better fighter, so if he got in close I'm pretty sure he'd put Hawkeye down.

I guess this would depend on how well Nightwing would be at deflecting Hawkeyes long ranged attacks, and it would also depend on how far they were from eachother when the fight began.

Hawkeye has nasty arrows, a few bombs and his accuracy would dispatch NW fast -he would be hurt and then put down-. He wins some due HE being cocky.
