Yes he can win, ring wielders are no threat to him, neither as cyborg or mongul's separate powersets.

Mongul with rings took on at the very least 3 mid/high herald and like 3 more low heralds and had no sign of losing,don't see thanos beating that+a guy who can hijack all of thanos tech.

I mean..Thanos casually shrugged off Surfer's best shots, and then proceeded to physically beat him to death. Considering how powerful Surfer's energy blasts are(blowing up stars and tearing holes in space as mere side effects) and how durable the guy is.. Not to mention his stand-up to Odin is something I do not think his opponents could duplicate. He also took quite a pounding from Tyrant and was still able to get to his feet.
