Surfer has good odds on taking Supermans team down by himself, but you also gave him Gladiator? Morg? Terrax? Stomp.

With SS on the Team then Team 2 loses quite badly. Superman is the only one that can hold his own, everyone else is weaker then him(on his team) With him out of the way(fighting SS equal) the others lose easily

Superman can't hold his own against SS. Surfer could drain his solar energy, shoot him with red solar radiation, transmute kryptonite to hurt him, or simply use his extremely potent energy blasts to take him out.

Diana vs Genocide

Surfer's on a different level from Superman...a cosmic guy VS a guy who can't even destroy planets, let alone do half of what SS has. SS destroys Superman's team with a casual flip of his gleaming middle finger.

Diana could take out Terrax, majestic would defeat morg and kilowog would lose to glads. SS would more then likly edge out Supes...so I suppose team 1 would get a 6/10.

SS would do more than just "edge out Supes." If Supes goes after SS, then team 2 loses badly. Clark has too many easily exploitable weakness to handle Surfer.

If the match ups are changed around, team 2 could get some wins but even then I still give the edge to team 1.

Supes only has 2 exploitable weakness in k-nite and red solar energy, 2 weakness that he has overcome in the past....and with k-nite only being the lethal one IMO. Besides the fact that we don't even know if SS could reproduce k-nite...or if he would even know about red solar energy, and assuming he does in which frame of time would he be able to generate these energies. Agaisnt a opponent as fast as supes...he would need to be doing all of this very quickly.
