Karas, faster and lasts longer.

What makes Karas faster?

Granted I only saw The Prophecy but I saw nothing which made him faster than Ichigo's Bankai.

What makes Sonic faster than Mario?

Perhaps it's just the way it's presented. Karas fights for 10-20 minutes without a single second passing by in real time, and he only gets faster in jet/cycle mode. I don't recall Ichigo being so fast that the rest of the world seemed to be completely frozen, and definitely not for so long. Then there were the lesser cyberdemons that were fast enough to do the same,and Karas pretty much blitzed them. Like I said, it could just be presentation. I think Ichigo is fast enough that he'll be able to move on a similar level and keep up with Karas, but I give Karas the upper hand.

Karas solos the entire Bleachverse. His speed is more likely relativistic.

Karas. That's almost a no brainer.
