The Council was saved, and now Anderson (http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/David_Anderson) has joined in. The species had been working together to re-build the Citadel for the last eight months, and they had been successful. It was almost back to normal. Meanwhile, Commander Shepard and his crew don't believe this is over. The Reapers (http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Reaper) will return. They've discovered many Geth (http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Geth) had survived the war, and they had also developed into even more complex and intelligent life forms. Some of them had even become scientists. These Geth scientists are now constructing a tiny Mass Relay (http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Mass_Relay) somewhere inside the Veil (http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Perseus_Veil) in the Terminus Systems (http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Terminus_Systems). Shepard, his crew, and possibly two more Spectres, are determined to find this hidden Mass Relay and stop the Geth from giving the Reapers another opportunity of extermination.

Bio: When he was only 16, slavers raided Mindoir, slaughtering his family and friends. He was saved by a passing Alliance patrol, and enlisted with the military a few years later. His military skills were not normal, and he quickly stood out from other personnel. He was enlisted into the N7 Special Forces Program (http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/N7) and graduated. He was made the first human Spectre ever right before the most important galactic events took place. He pursued the rogue Spectre Saren, who would eventually discover the way to bring back the Reapers from dark space. Shepard and his crew discovered he was under the control of a Reaper already inside Citadel Space, Sovereign. Ultimately, he and his crew stopped Sovereign and the Geth, as Saren redeemed himself by committing suicide in order to no longer take orders from Sovereign. Shepard is considered the most important and influential character in human history, as well as saviour of the galaxy. Thanks to his actions, the humans were granted a seat in the Galactic Council and humans were no longer seen as uncapable or unready.

Background:
Parents were drifters. Went from place to place. When she was 16 she left and jumped on a small warship owned by some mercs. She was caught of course and after a bit of pleading the mercs let her stay if she made herself useful. She spent her days cleaning the ship, cooking food, and doing Maintenance on various weapons. She learned what she could and after 3 years she took over the ship with her own crew. Another 2 years her ship was attacked by pirates and her entire crew was killed. After that she went into the military. She went up the ranks slowly and when she made Service Chief she was implanted with Biotics upon her own request. When she got to 2nd Lieutenant she was allowed to use her own ship, though at the command of another. It was upgraded with a few Alliance weaponry and when she was promoted to Lieutenant Commander just within the past few year or so she took over the ship. Her crew was part of the assualt on the Reaver that attacked the Citadel. Though her ship was destroyed she was still commemorated by having her name put up for the Spectres. She was only recently accepted into the Elite. She was informed by the council of the possibility of smart geth. She was told that John Shepard was going on this mission and she asked to be a part of it. They allowed it but the ship was still Shepards and for he was the senior Spectre of them both he was going to call the shots.... She was also told another thing but it was deemed classified and for her eyes only.

Btw, I'll have to say the mission was of extreme importance for the galactic community, and that's the reason why three Spectres had to work together. I'm afraid that if anyone else wants to play the one place left in the RP AND want to be a Spectre they'll have to choose a non-human species for it. if he/she does not wish to be a Spectre, however, he can be of whatever species he/she wants.

Yeah you can make a Turian character. I'm not sure 'a guard type' would be fitting, though.

EDIT - Btw, I'm changing the timeline. The beginning of the story takes place not eight months, but two years after the end of Mass Effect.

Well the character would really be more of a good friend to her. Since in her story she had her own ship it would be understandable to have at least one from her own crew with her.

Where as Alexandra is mostly a Biotic Combatant, Ruio is a skilled Soilder with a multitude of skills when it comes to weapons. The only one he would talk to about his life would be his CO, Alexandra. As for speaking to others, he is blunt and to the point but he is still a good ally to have. Even if he doesnt like you he would still put his life on the line for his Comrades.
