Thanos was evil, became good, evil again, more good and was evil at the end, just before becoming good, trying to deliver Galactus.

He's now the consort of Death, so I think he's evil.

There are some baddies who are just plain unadaultered evil, but comics most popular enemies tend to go with the ebb flow being more in the grey area, they will do whichever will further their plans at the time, and this lands them sometime on the side of good, and sometimes on the side of evil.

All of the Thunderbolts, in a sense.
