i could be wrong but isn't Soma Cruz the reincarnation or something of Dracula.. and didn't Alucard already defeat Dracula.. so i'd say that Alucard would win

Yes. Soma Cruz is the reincarnation of Dracula.

I don't know, but Soma's skills seem to be on par with Alucard.
