what death of hers is considered cannon?

the two most likely candidates is her death by Greivous(deleted scene i believe)

and death by the "secret apprentice" of Darth Vader

Starkiller killed her (ironically by accident, she fell on his blade trying to decapitate him) in the novel of TFU unleashed. That's cannon. The other one was a deleted scene, as in, it never happened.

Confused me too though.
