I guess I would have to say Logan. Unless Spiderman just physically restrains him, or ties him down with an object since he is physically much stronger.

Logan without claws is nowhere as deadly as either of those two

Spider-man can't beat either of those two with out a plot device, so I'm not sure about the relevance. Anyway Wolverine beat down Domina with his barehands, and she wreaked an entire group of x-men.

Seriously this is getting out of hand you are taking away key aspects of the character. Spidey needs his webs, and Wolvie needs his claws. Without this its Spidey's superstrength, wall crawling, speed, agility, reflexes and Spider sense vs. Wolverines healing factor, animal instincts and experience.

And for wolverine the most important thing in this fight his adamantium bone's.

I mean wouldn't it be for spiderman to hit a brickwall so to speak.

Oh I'm not saying Spiderman wins by KOing Logan through punches. I see him winning by using environmental factors...throwing logan onto oncoming traffic, crushing him with cars or other heavy objects, etc.
