Had it not been for Cyborg's "anti-light" form, then Dr.Light would've had them.

Well, given that Dr. Light is able to mindcontrol other light-powered beings and to absorb their electro-magnetic energy to make himself more powerful if he doesn't fight like a total moron (read: unlike in most comics) he does have a chance, yes.

His reflexes are good enough so that he can shoot bart allen in the knee.

Plus he could just turn the ambient light into gamma radiation and see how many members of the team would survive such a beautiful experience.
