First let me start by saying I used to love both abilities but know i hate them I mean you can't find a person without telepathy or telekinesis or both. I mean most cosmic beings naturally have it, it also seems like every uber character introduced has a form of either ability. And how far both abilities have evolved is ridicule in Marvel comic with telepathy you can do about any other psychic ability and and effect matter. and telekinesis you can know effect all forms of matter on a subatomic level and in some cases teleport. i don't know about you guys but I think these abilities have become too powerful in marvel.

* it depends, dude. i remember Emma Frost defeating Rachel Summers in a psychic battle. Rachel has access to unlimited power while Emma does not. but Emma defeated Rachel because of her skill and experience.

* Cable has low-level telekinesis because he is keeping the virus in check, so it depends.

No telepath in Marvel can effect matter with his/her power and all of them are hindered by magnetism.
Only the Grey telekinetics (Phoenix, Marvel Girl, Cable and X-Man) and Exodus have been able to manipulate matter on a subatomic level, and all except Rachel and Exodus are either dead, lost their powers or had significant flaws to balance their might.

Right now there are only Xavier, Frost and the Cuckoos among the main characters, who possess full spectrum telepathy, and their abilities are powerful, but certainly have their limits.

Right now there are only Psylocke, Hellion and Justice among the main characters, who possess telekinesis, and non of them is able to manipulate matter on a subatomic level.

Right now there are only Exodus and Marvel Girl among the main characters, who possess both abilities at the level you described ... TWO characters only.

So emma Frost effecting matter with her telepath by destroying a building in her fight vs the phoenix wasn't a telepath effecting matter and she's done it on another occassion can't remember the issue yet though. Also there are a number of other people with telepathy or telekinesis and sometimes both it's become so common of an ability some people seem to think they are the only forms of psionic power.
And you can't tell me that with telpathy nowadays you can't use about any other psychic ability(astroproject, illusion casting, mental bolts) you can even shutdown or suppress another mutant's abilities. Oh and by the way never did I say all people with telepathy or telekinesis can effect matter or manipulate it on a subatomic level I was merely stating what a telepath or telekinetic COULD do with their abilities.

Did i pi** you off somehow? confused You "sound" so aggressive?!

Emma had one or two of her so called "telekinetic moments" (it's been hinted that she is a latent telekinetic), and during the fight with the Phoenix it was her effect on Jean that caused Jean to destroy the building.
There's a consensus in Marvel that telepathy does not affect matter, and it hasn't so far.
Telekinesis COULD do all the things you talked about, and it makes sense for that ability, but there is a difference between the poential of a psionic phenomenon and the access a user has to that phenomenon. And marvel telekinetics show that difference very well.
Yes, there are/have been others with the TP/TK combination: Moondragon, Stryfe (dead), Druid (dead) and ...
A full spectrum telepath has quite a lot of possibilities of affecting another persons mind, so what? Still doesn't mean that he/she is able to use them on all possible opponents. Anyway, if you think it's too much what telepathy or telekinesis can potentially do and that there are too many full spectrum users, it's your prerogative and i will hardly change your impression.

Btw.: I never said anything about you saying that any telepath/telekinetic can manipulate matter on a subatomic level! I was merely pointing out, how few actually can.

No you didn't p#$% me off I was just replying same as you. But honestly how can I sound so aggressive on a computer I know it can be done but really if that's what you call aggressive then my bad. Anyways I remember in that Phoenix vs Emma encounter it was Emma's powers that caused the building to collapse but I'll check it out but my whole reason of making this thread is because marvel is getting a little ridiculous with those two abilities.

I thought Cable didn't have to keep the virus in check anymore...?
