You guys must have freaking rocket ships. My cpu isn't slow, and I'm the lowest yet.
Ran it again and did slightly better. Apparently I'm well above typical DSL, which is what I have, so I suppose that's good.

My CPU is shit, but my ISP is fast. That is, until I get my new computer built. It's going to be a gaming rig capable of playing Crysis WarHead at high settings.
Ah.

I've also noticed a little bit of slowdown since I hooked up my wireless router. That might have something to do with it. Nothing major though, and I'm shocked at some of the numbers here because my internet and DLing seem fine.
Which ISP do you use? And what internet package are you on with them? That's the major factor here.
Up until last week, I was on Clearwire, my max download speed was 150 KB/s, now it's 1.1 MB/s with Comcast, and I'm using a wireless router.

Youtube videos (and similar sites) don't always fully DL now that my connection is running through my router (whose signal strength is fairly robust). Otherwise there isn't any other noticeable slowdown.
I'm not entirely sure what package I have through my provider though. The fact that I can hit 300+ means I'm not likely on a 256 plan. I know it's a DSL though, not Cable. I'd have to look into it to find out though. In general, I'm fine with my connection, so it's not a huge deal.
