PC Supes vs. DKR Bats

Supes has the power of the PC Guardians of the universe combined + Myx's 5-d mojo AND is infused with the Spectre PLUS has been in the sun's core for 1,000 years WITH the full use of the power contained within the JLA/Avengers "Krona Egg."

Batman has the power of Galactus along with the IG + the LT AND (Nightwing with "herald level" powers)along with the batkick.

1. Who wins?
2. Who can make "Final Crisis" a worthwhile thing to spend money on?

Really the batkick is a skyfather level attack I think Suoerman goes down after 2 just because its Pc supes🙂

I think that two is being generous. Supes uses his "Cosmic Awareness" to learn that Bats has the "Batkick," then commits suicide, via self-administered "batkick."
