Aquaman and Aqualad Vs. Ares and Spider-Man

The Sea King and his sidekick versus Marvel's god of war and their demigod of witticisms. They fight in the dock district of New York, current versions of the Marvel characters. For Aquaman, his most recent incarnation where it was actually him, thus, the Sub-Diego run (Waterhand). For Aqualad, the last time he was still Aqualad. This seems fairly even to me, and honestly, Spider-Man seems the determining factor here, as he and Aqualad are around the same level. Thoughts?
