Drake from Uncharted goes after an ancient artifact located inside a temple on top of a mountain in the tropical rain forest. Lara is after the same thing. At the top of the temple, Drake meets Lara. They both think the other is some crook so they grab out their weapons.

Who do you think will win and why?

I'll say Drake.

Lara on account of the fact that Lara has killed monsters, demons, trained soldiers, is a trained soldier with years of combat and martial arts experience, and has acrobatic level peak human physizque, whereas Drake is, to my knowledge, just a resourceful dude armed with a gun.

I don't think her military backgound counts for this game vs's that whole thing was more to do with the movies.
