Being able to see what someone is about to do does not necessarily mean that you will be capable of reacting in accordance with them. If this was the case Ravager would never be hit.

she rarely is, shes a young deathstroke, plus she has as muc hexperience as X-23, with the precog she could come out on top, and she has superhuman durability too (she took punches fro mTNTeena who has exploding fists and was fine)
