In the previous series, they fought Amazo in 27, he didn't have the number wrong.

Thanos can take current Despero.

Amazo vs. Genis would be a really great fight. Amazo was stronger than Superman and Diana combined in that arc.

Normally I'd pick Genis pretty easily, but Amazo's speed is intense, so I'd give him only a small edge over Amazo. Nonetheless, Thanos would finish up Despero in a decent amount of time and Team Two should take it at least 8/10.
