Power gem, mind gem, space gem, reality gem, soul gem, time gem, amulet of power, green lantern ring, uni-power and/or gem of Cyttorak.

Can you clear it?

I choose Spiderman with the Uni Power, and supplement his power with the Power Gem.

Why Spiderman?

Spiderman at base levels as we know is a low level precog, and has superhuman strength, with the Uni Power/Force his abilities would be amped 50x his base turning him into a class 500 beast, as well as amping the rest of his abilities by a factor of 50. Once he uses the Power Gem the force blasts that he would inheirit from the Uni Force would be enough to take down even Galactus.... Believe it or Not! 🙂

The strongest character on the list is Galactus, then just pick two of any items and he wins

Mr Fantastic with a Lantern Ring backed up by the power gem.

He might not clear it, but he'll do well.

Surprised that no one's gone with the Time + Reality Gem combo yet.

Without the Power Gem to amp the other gems they become finite, and therefore possible to be defeated.
