Gambit is gonna have to use his agility and mutant ability and hope he can tag DP. If not, DP will win due to his vast healing abilities.

Deadpool has equal or close physical stats as Gambit, except he is stronger and most of Gambit's attacks wont put him down.

Gambit's only chance of winning is if he is trying to kill Deadpool.

and does deadpool have any feats of strength I think DP has enhanced agility also. His strength I'm not sure about, his latest handbook entry from a few months back does not say anything about enhanced strength though. But I think he is definatly stronger than Gambit.

You have someone who can move at the same or close to the same speeds as you, then you give them a gun.

You think because you can block bullets from some mercenaries yards away from you, that you can do the same in a fight with someone like DP?

i think u guys r forgettin something deadpool can teleport, he'll just dodge all the cards and teleport right nxt to gambit and kill him from point blank or cripple him watevr he wants to do

....I can't even remember the last time DP teleported mmm. He still wins, though.

Oh I didn't know they fought so recently.

The previous fight between them happened a long time ago -- in one of DP's first ongoing series'.

agreed. however if Gambit isn't concerned with collateral damage and charges something like say a car to full blast and sets it off with a card or something might take out deadpool. However even then his chances are slim as Deadpool has punked him and the xmen before several times.

i still think this would be a sick fight

He did it to Cyclops as well.

Its sad they never got to fight. There was one time it couldve happened by Gambit was already to crippled after several battles so he payed DP to leave.

I'd go with Gambit.

Well, if Gambit manages to do that that'd be a KO. Deadpool can't really die. But I doubt he's gonna get the chance to do it anyway, not without getting stabbed in the process.

Gambit could charge the ground or blanket the field with cards. DP is immortal but extensive tissue destruction takes enough time to regenerate from to count as a temp win.

Given the starting distcance the standard equipment DP carries, he'd win a majority.

So even if Gambit were able to cause damage of THAT magnitude, it still wouldn't keep DP down long enough to constitute a win. Imo.

^ If Gambit caused that much damage, why wouldn't he follow up on it with another card and scatter him? Also, Deadpool's been knocked out by less. 753 has got the right idea IMHO.

Well, Dead pool would win... cause gambits chance to win.. would be to come really close and deal a major attack to KO dead pool, but at that moment, dead pool.. would do a critical wound like staving gambit in some deadly spot, so gambit would end dead, and dead pool , well, you know.. he would jusst wait a few hours to heal..

I could see this being a good fight, or Gambit winning, if Gambit is not douching around.

Or Deadpool winning if he's being Deadpool.

Yeah that is. But I dont think he's in mid air, looks like the panel just doesnt show the ground because of the flashy effects.

Chances are, current DP would say, "Hi buddy," then proceed to fill him with enough lead to take down the Rhino, before Gambit got off a one liner of his own.
