In Metropolis, a lot of people have been murdered and Superman tries to investigate who's doing it. In an apartment building, Violator slaughters a bunch of people and Spawn shows up to stop him. Right before Spawn can attack him, Violator disappears. Superman breaks into the building through a wall and sees Spawn next to a pile of corpses. Superman is enraged and charges him. Now the two are outside and are ready to fight.

Will the Hellspawn be victorious or will he be defeated by the man of steel?

I would say Spawn since one of Superman's weaknesses is magic but he's been showing some resistance to it for some time. This is tough.

Unless current Spawn is uber, and the last time I read the comic he isn't, then Supes stomps.

Looking forward to the new issues. Todd explained, that Al never fully embraced his Hell Spawn powers. It is revealed that the Hell Spawns have great potential, greater then a Demon Lord if you fully embrace it. And finally it comes down to the new guy on the block. He is the opposite of Al and will embrace both the suit and the Hell born powers. *Sweet*.

As for the match. Anything less, then King of Hell gets pounded.

I should start collecting Spawn issue's from here

Pre-ordered Book of the Dead anyway, so I'll know enough about all of his power's and his villain's...

Thing is, I'm too lazy to walk up to the comic store...
