Team would win then. Apocalypse's Celestial tech held Loki for a while. Ultron integrating with that tech should accomplish a far better result. If not, Surfer outright kills all of them. But with prep, and Celestial tech I think Ultron can accomplish alot. They set up a trap and contain him and then drain him.

none of the three have reaction times anywhere near fast enough to deal with surfer. A blitz should kill them all in short order. Even an adamantium ultron would still be easily matter manipulated into something harmless by someone of surfer's level.

Apocalypse's tech is impressive, but not moreso than that of Galactus and his worldship. It's not anything surfer isn't used to seeing on a regular basis.

Couldn't he just go back two days and slap them around then? He wouldn't need to, but it's always an option.

whatever plan they come up with, he can simply caste an illusion of Galactus or something to shake up the battle (if their plans are proving problematic). they aren't above being fooled by Surfer's illusions imo.

other than that, Surfer can simply replicate himself a few times and keep copies in reserve (he has made copies of himself and/or imbued others with his powers, to the same level as himself).

But, Ultron interfacing w/ the Celestial tech isn't out of the question.

His disembodied consciousness integrated with, and took over the Phalanx the first time it was exposed to them.

Then again, Celestial tech is billions of times more complex than what the Phalanx use.

re "Celestial Tech", Apocalypse refers to them as Celestial Artefacts. they are, dated, antique technologies which Apocalypse does not understand comprehensively.

give them to Doom and he might make something significant out of them, but in the hands of Apocalypse, they're probably no better than Stark Tech.

Uhhhh...he does understand his celestial tech. The scans are in the last page of his respect thread.

But it was also clearly stated in one issue that he actually understands very little about the Celestial tech, but that he would never admit that to anybody.
