Vader after having his ship hit and sent spinning out of control at the end of Ep: IV, is sucked into a 'spacial disturbance' which sends him barreling through time, space and dimensions to come out in Herbert's Dune universe and promptly crash lands on planet Arrakis (Dune) itself.

Having been tracked as an unknown ship by the planets surveillance, Paul's Fremen troops are dispatched to investigate, where a pissed off Vader, not caring for sand in his underwear and the jabbering of a bunch of cocky blue-eyed sand dwellers, quickly dispatches them.

Hearing the death cries of his troops, Paul sets off to face this unknown force in the desert, Lord Vader Vs. freshly appointed Emperor Atreides.

Vader gets his full use of the Force despite it being a different universe and light-saber. Paul gets the use of his powers, he no longer needs the focusing device and his Fremen blade. Who wins? For the sake of argument, worms will not disturb this battle.

I don't know enough about Dune. What can Paul do?

Final Blaxican
Paul loses for having such a monotonous name.

Well unless Artreides has special sounds that prevent you being force choked, then initially I'd have to side with Vader.... But I'll rewatch Dune to consider this in more detail.

Robtard
What if the gurgling sounds Paul would make whilst at the end of a Force-Coke, counter said Force-Coke?

Sadako of Girth
He he Then Vader may be screwed....

But then it might also just be the sound command for the anti-sand blast that dusts the place lightly leaving the place looking clean for when the in-laws visit.. stick out tongue

A very cool movie.
Its never too late to renounce your Dune-virgin ways.

Very deep and Lynchian take on the sci-fi genre.
Plus Sting from the police is in it as a perfectly loathable bad guy.
I think you'll like it. smile

Dude, watch it, you'll love it. Get the director's cut.

btw, Sting's character would destroy Riggs.

Rogue Jedi

LOL laughing out loud

True.

Good fight , Tard.

Firstly I think Paul would kill Vader before the fight went H2H, he might toy with Vader before (like he did with Feyd). Paul in the movie is pretty well trained in H2H anyways. Can Paul at least get his weird force field? I bet it would deflect a light sabre (since Vader wouldn't know the proper technique to get past it).

Also Paul can destroy solid stone by his voice, even kill people. He can control minds and can control the weather.

Bump
