Joker and Lex Luthor make a bet: whoever makes the first wedgie on their arch enemy, will have to pay up $2000.

I'd think it would be far harder to give Superman a wedgie than Bats.

The again, Lex isn't going to have the risk of being Bat Kicked.

Wouldn't be hard for Lex to give Superman a wedgie if he's wielding Kryptonite.
